I have tried several times to place an order for a Pdf copy of Pathfinder Player Companion: Psychic Anthology . All the steps are marked in green, but when I click "Place your order", I am taken back to "payment method" screen.
i'm using a prepaid Gift Card but it said the card was declined, after looking at similar treads i think its because i put in a address. (it wouldn't allow me to continue unless i put a address in,) and it appears that the amount as been taken off the gift card. how do i fix this?
The card is getting declined because it is not passing the address verification check.
This means that the billing address listed for the card on our site is different from what the card issuer has on file.
We will not be able to finalize this attempt because our card processor declined it for security reasons. The card company may still have a hold on a funds because they think a charge is coming through. I have submitted a reversal request for the attempt, so they can know that will not be finalized. With normal banks and credit cards, these are usually reversed in 1 to 5 business days. However, gift card companies tend to hold the funds for longer/indefinitely, so you may need to contact them and let them know a reversal request was submitted.
Before trying again, check to see if the gift card has its own billing address, or if you need to enter your own billing address to the card. Our credit card processor is really picky about billing addresses matching exactly, so whatever the billing address for the card is, needs to match exactly what you enter for the billing address for the card on our site.

thank you very much! the funds went back onto the card, and i was able to add a address to the gift card for it to work, just got a my copy of the player companion :) thank you again for the help.
