Can a Devoted Muse use the Distracting Cloak ability of the Equipment Trick (Cloak) to use Artistic Flourish?
Flourish says "when a devoted muse...successfully feints against an opponent in combat, instead of denying the opponent its Dexterity bonus..." The distracting cloak ability lets you feint "Each opponent that can see you", but it "create(s) a diversion instead of denying your opponent his Dexterity bonus to AC."

Could you elaborate? My GM tends to respect your rulings.
On the surface, it looks like it works great. Disengaging Flourish lets you feint multiple enemies in order to withdraw. Artistic Flourish gives your feint a new ability. Thus you should be able to apply the Artistic Flourish effect in lieu of the benefits of Disengaging Flourish. The fact Devoted Muse gets Disengaging Flourish as a Bonus feat makes it even more likely that it should work.
The problem is that Artistic Flourish says "instead of denying the opponent its dexterity bonus". And Disengaging Flourish does not deny opponent's their dexterity bonus, because it is already replacing that with the ability to move without provoking attacks of opportunity.
The same appears to be true for Equipment Trick (Cloak), which seems even less likely to work given it's not even a bonus feat for the Prestige Class.
