I think you can, but that's not rules proof. Plenty of published adventures make rules mistakes in monster builds or tactics.
I can't think of any reason why you couldn't.
Probably stating the obvious, but without improved unarmed strike your unarmed strikes will still provoke and deal nonlethal damage, no matter how heavily enhanced.

Doing that with an angelic aasimar with eventual wing attacks seems to make this quite worthwhile.
I am not at home at the moment, so I could be wrong but I think that you will have to spend one use of Divine Bond for each attacking member. So, one use for each hand, each wing and so on. Of course, you can flurry with only one appendage, but I think that is not your intention.

With a monk you definitely can.
Your unarmed strikes count as manufactured weapons.
