Spontaneous casting with Quicken and other Metamagic feats

If a Spontaneous Caster casts a Quicken Empowered fireball how long does it take to cast the spell?
i.e. Is the spell casting time reduced to a swift action by Quicken and then extended to a full round action, or
Is the casting time increased to a full round action and then reduced to a swift action?

It would be a swift action. Quicken completely overrides the casting time due to any metamagic feats.
