Hello,
in order to clear customs, I have been asked to provide an invoice for order #4148273, (shipment #2). I know that a printed copy is enclosed with the items, but until the package has cleared customs, I can't access the box. Could you please provide me with a PDF version of it?

Hi Nikosandros,
You should be able to make a PDF of the order yourself.
Go to your order history page. Click on that order to open the order details.
From there you should be able to print the page (or screenshot the relevant parts). When "printing" you can either print it out or save it as a PDF.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Thanks!

First of all, thanks for the PDF and apologies for the mix-up about the orders.
The package is being held by a post office in Milan (I live in Rome) presumably after going though customs at the nearby airport. I don't have physical access to the office and talking on the phone with them isn't easy.
I'm not even clear on why are they keeping the package, since the slip on the outside of the box (which they have seen, scanned and sent to me) clearly lists the values for all the different types of items.
In their written request, they ask explicitly for an invoice. That's why, I asked for the packing list. The print-out of the order does indeed contain all the relevant information, but I'm not 100% sure if it would be considered acceptable by the bureaucrats. Maybe I've been over-cautious and I apologize if providing the packing slip was inconvenient for you.
