Hi guys
So im currently building a continent to GM. I thought it would be cool to create a wide continent with different npcs and their back stories. So i could reuse the continent with the same players and they can see different aspects of different npcs or if i use the same continent with different players i could see how they interact differently with my npcs.
Then i thought it might be cool to open it up wider and see if other gms wanted to help me improve the continent. Create or improve npcs with new back stories. Create new sub missions which i could play. You could gm my storylines and see where it leads you, make changes or develop my npcs in ways i never thought of.
Now my world is currently on a range of word files so i would initially probably share it through a cloud but could then put it on a website for easier collaboration. Any thoughts or has anyone already tried this?

And to whet your appetite, the starting storyline begins that the party have all been recruited as extras on a show in front of the prince of Palato (The largest country on the continent.) Dressed as ninjas ready to go, totally oblivious to the fact the main actors have killed the prince, and scarpered leaving the party as scapegoats.
The main party then get arrested and imprisoned and are going to be executed but are secretly released by a strange figure who is clearly a high end sorcerer who will probably reappear much later in the game.
