Hi there!
Currently im playing “rise of the runelords” campaign with a Merciful healer cleric and so far so good. First of all I want to clarify this; I know that my archetype is suboptimal and healing isn’t the best thing to do in combat, but i believe that the combat medic ability is a good trade (no aoo when healing),and the mercy is good to save removal spells, so overall I feel comfortable with that.
Out of combat i cast “shield other” over the party´s frontline, then if I see a battle is coming cast some buffs and then I use conditions removal by mercy channel and spells if needed, always at the back of the battle receiving ½ of the tank´s damage. If I see that removal isn’t needed, I cast some offensive spells like spear of purity, searing light and sands of time if the enemy seems to be thought. Otherwise just grab mi scimitar, end the shield other link and cut some heads. I only use heals spells when needed, otherwise try to save them for another encounter.
Thing is the next, currently I just achieve level 5, and not Sure which feats should I take from now on.
My stats and feats:
Half Orc cleric of Sarenrae
(20 points build)
Str 10
Dex 10
Con 16
Int: 10
Wis: 17
Cha: 14
Feats: Fey-Foundling, Selective channel
Trais: Fate´s Favored, Reactionary.
Racial Ability: Orc Ferocity (Has great synergy with combat medic).
Thing is this: Im not sure what feats to take now, im between “Silent spell” metamagic (to deal with powerfull spellcasters o go with the party in stealth mode), Battlecry (Swift action buff, with re roll saves for the team), Heavy armor Profiency (im not sure if its worth), quick channel (move action channel for two uses), or some item creation feat to save money for the pary (maybe craft magic arms and armor).
Witch is better for you? Witch other feats should I take at higher levels (other than quicken spell metamagic).

With 10 str heavy armor is a bad option, skip that. Just channel when you need to be quiet. The other 3 ideas seem to be valid, assuming you have maxed the spellcraft skill for use crafting anyway.
Alternately you might get toppling spell for use on spiritual weapon, or persistent spell for various command-type spells. These might be options later if you go with your first ideas of course. BTW with 10 Str & 10 Dex cutting heads is not something you should spend any feats on, though the fact clerics of Sarenrae can prepare flame blade as a 3rd level spell is worth remembering.
