So if I choose Unwilling Ally as the spell for the
Magical Lineage Trait I believe I can apply the Trick Spell Metamagic feat to Unwilling Ally and then cast Trick Spell Unwilling Ally as many times a day as I want. For a sorcerer with a high charisma this seems like a good use of their actions at lower levels. If they don't intended to be a one-trick pony and have the combination carry them through level 20 ...
1) Is this a good use of Magical Lineage?
2) What feat(s) is the best to add in? (e.g. is Divine Fighting Technique: Way of Thunder better than Improved/Greater Dirty Trick?)
3) Is there a dip that makes this more viable?
4) Anything else that would be fun? Like having a valet familiar to share Underhanded Teamwork/ Improved Underhanded Teamwork with?

Well, likely not as good for a sorcerer with high charisma as it is a Bard due to spell list.
But it's spontaneous casting so a full round action for a 0 level spell DC. Can you do it? Yup. Is it fun? Yup. Will it not be working for you after a while? Very much yup.
Yes, I was originally looking at Daze - but switched to Unwitting Ally to loose the HD cap on the spell and forgot to swap classes. So this would work for Bard, Skald or Investigators with the Questioner archtype.
CHA 20
Level 1 - Bard or Skald or Investigator(Questioner)
Feat - Metamagic: Trick Spell Feat (Human Bonus) Divine Fighting Style: Way of Thunder
At first level:
Unlimited Times/day: As a full round action: Force target in 30' to make will save (DC 15 = 10 + 0 +5) or "The subject is considered your ally and not your enemies' ally while determining flanking." And it is subject to a dirty trick maneuver (CMB d20+7) (1d20 + caster level + Cha + 1 trait) If you overcome its CMD it takes 1d6+5 points of non-lethal damage and it is blind for 1+ round (for every 5 by which your attack exceeds your opponent’s CMD, the penalty lasts 1 additional round) This penalty can usually be removed if the target spends a move action.
