Warlock vs kineticist

Advice

So a buddy is staying an ambitious campaign going from level 1 to infinity it whenever we quit. I'm debating warlock vigilante or kineticist. High int high ranged DPS spell like ability. Lots of skills for knowledge and stealth. Going for a magical assassin's Creed like character using ranged spell like ability.

Which would you choose Ave why?

i would play a telekineticist for utility and stealth. Blasting is not spectacular but is still relevant and i have never seen a Warlock build that even reached that fairly low bar. If you arent maxing out DEX and CON than you can put a few bonus points in INT. Especially if you are OK with dropping some CHA or STR to get there. A human with 12 INT would have a few skills to go with and taking the skilled talents as a kineticist will boost that even further. What you get is all kinds of shenanigans with telekinetics, at will invisibility and a switch hitting build all for one feat and a few easy pick talents.

The Warlock is probably going to be better in an urban and intrigue based game, what with the pile of skills, the social talents, and the versatile casting.

The Kineticist is going to be better in a traditional dungeon crawl, what with the sheer power of their blasting and their survivability.

So it depends on what sort of game you're going to be in, and what the rest of the party is going to be.

Assuming demonic Smith gloves stack on mystic bolts how does the damage compare to the the kineticist?
