How to Make Ryu From Street Fighter?

Okay. I started out with a Qinggong Monk. So at level 4 I will get Ki Arrow or his classic hadoken. Level 6 I will get Gaseous form to be able to use his evil teleport. And so on. So I was just wondering if there was any other way to make Ryu aside from this route and what you guys think of it?

Kineticist. Fire and/or air. Kinetic Fist/Blade can emulate his hurricane kick or dragon uppercut, and basic blasting for hadoken.

Depends on if you want Ryu or Evil Ryu.

If you take a Hungry Ghost Monk and combine it with a Qinggong Monk you can get the Hadoken fireball attack with Searing Ray at 4th Level for 2 ki (later 1 ki with Ring of Ki Mastery), 8th level ki power would be the Tatsumaki senpuu kyaku through whirlwind attack, and Blood Crow Strike at 14th Level for 2 ki (ditto) w/ the entire Dimensional Agility feat chain at 13th Level + for the Shun Goku Satsu attack.

The Elemental Fist Style could also replicate a Hadoken. Otherwise, if you're allowed to do D&D 3.5 material, then take Fiery Fist and Ki Blast (from PHB 2). There are your flaming uppercuts and hadokens, at least. But since everything needs ki points now you may have to adapt those.
