Please double check that the email address and password are entered correctly, noting that the password is case sensitive. Please double check that there are no extra spaces or characters in any of the boxes.
If you are still having problems, please send us a screenshot of what happens when you try, so we can try to help troubleshoot from there.
I have redacted your email address from your post, as we do not recommend posting email addresses in public forums.
Additionally, we recommend having accounts merged if you have multiple paizo.com accounts. If you can regain access to your old account, please let us know, and we'll let you know what the process for having accounts merged it.

Hello, in my case I haven't received the password reset email at all.
I have tried several times yesterday and received nothing. Not in the spam folder either.
I have emailed customer service yesterday. I guess they still have time to reply, but I would really like to access my account as soon as possible.

Hello Folks,
It is a known issue, that we are in the process of fixing, that these emails are not functioning as intended currently. It is now working to send to certain email addresses, but not all are able to receive them yet.
We have an ongoing thread in website feedback detailing our progress on addressing the issue.
Once we have the email issue resolved, these password reset emails should come through when requested going forward.
