So with timeworn items, you roll randomly(I guess 1d10 or whatever depending on how many charges item can have?) but I can't find where it is mentioned how many charges normal technological items have left?
Can someone point it to me on which page it is found because I'm starting to feel embarassed that I can't find mention of it anywhere :'D

I think Iron Gods lists the number of charges left in a found technological item.
If you buy a not timeworn technological item, it should be full, just like a wand.
(If it isn't full, I'd give a price reduction in equal value of the charges missing. Like: it needs a nanite canister to charge, and is missing 3 charges, the item is 150gp cheaper)
Regardless, it's no stretch to have an indicator on any technological device, giving you a rough estimate of the charges left (at your GM's discretion).
Non-Rechargable
Timeworn technological items can't be recharged. When a timeworn technological item is properly identified or first used, roll randomly to determine how many charges it has left before it becomes useless.

Well, Fire of Creation at least doesn't list amount of charges left in e-pick found on first time you can find technology loot. So I don't think it always lists them. I assume batteries are full(because if they weren't, they'd be silverddisks), but I don't know if techno items that don't mention it supposed to be full or empty.

As I am a player in Iron Gods, I don't know. Might be my GM rolls it beforehand.
Batteries are either full or empty.
Not timeworn found techno items have not been empty for us. Most weren't full though.
If I would GM, I'd roll for those or assign the charges left. (especially if an NPC wields said item)

Okay, on magical items you roll amount of charges left randomly. So uh, I guess maybe you do same with techno items? But why does technology guide point out seperately that with timeworn items you roll it randomly while with normal ones it doesn't say anything...
I guess rolling it randomly would indeed make sense if I don't find official answer :'D Yeah, I'll just go with that
