Is there any sort of aiming mechanic in pathfinder?

Rules Questions

something for gunslingers archer or crossbowmen?

What exactly are you looking for?

Something like Musket Master's Steady Aim deed?

Something like Focused Shot or Pinpoint Targeting?

Or something else entirely?

The closest to what I was thinking of those choices would be the focused shot. Its still not perfectly what I had in mind.

Sovereign Court

If you mean a mechanic where you spend some time lining up a shot to then shoot with greater accuracy? Pathfinder doesn't have such a general rule, although there are various feats that work like that.

Liberty's Edge

There's also the Called Shots alternate rule system, although it is rarely used.

Bullseye Shot feat.

It might help to know what exactly you have in mind. As it stands, we're just taking shots in the dark.

Deadly Aim?

Making an attack roll? (Who doesn't aim with a gun or crossbow...?)

Shot in the dark ha! but I guess something like maybe take a move action or full round and get a bonus to hit the following or reduce range penalties for distance something of that nature you guys threw some good ideas at me that it probably the closed ill find so thanks everyone!

There is a way to get at least one way to get a bonus like that, but it can only be used against objects.

Link.

Armor Class: Objects are easier to hit than creatures because they don't usually move, but many are tough enough to shrug off some damage from each blow. An object's Armor Class is equal to 10 + its size modifier (see Table: Size and Armor Class of Objects) + its Dexterity modifier. An inanimate object has not only a Dexterity of 0 (–5 penalty to AC), but also an additional –2 penalty to its AC. Furthermore, if you take a full-round action to line up a shot, you get an automatic hit with a melee weapon and a +5 bonus on attack rolls with a ranged weapon.

That believe it or not really helps me thank you!

No problem!

you can go into first person mode if you click in the right analogue stick on your d20. Obviously.

But cool guys snipe by doing a 3d60 no scope.
