I was under the impression that my January order would be unaffected by cancelling now. I actually wanted to keep the two Player Companion books currently in my pending order, and cancel after those.

Hi Memento_Mori,

Sorry for the confusion! When we cancel a subscription with pending items, our system automatically cancels those items as well. We can reinstate them and make them the last items of the subscription, but you'd have to let us know that so we can do some fiddling in the system to make it happen.

It looks like your AP was already processed for shipping, so unfortunately I can't add these books back to that order. I'll go ahead and put them into your sidecart to be sent out with your next round of subscriptions, but if you'd like to have them sent out on their own, just let me know.

If there are any further questions or concerns that I can help out with in the meantime, just let me know and I'll be happy to help.

If you can ship them on their own now, and they'll still count as the last items of the subscription (i.e. pdf included), that would be great. Let me know if that won't be possible.

Sure thing! They do count as the last items in the subscription, so you should receive the PDFs when they're shipped as you normally would. I'll go ahead and put them in their own order and send you a confirmation email in just a moment.

Once our warehouse has processed the order for shipping, you should receive another confirmation to let you know that it's on the way. Don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else I can help out with.
