Energy Mastery with Arcane Pool

I'm building a Magus and stumbled upon the Energy Mastery feat. As a 5th level Magus with a +1 weapon I could add say Shock to my weapon. Shock has the following Construction Requirement.

CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS

Craft Magic Arms and Armor, call lightning or lightning bolt; Cost +1 bonus

Would I be able to use Energy Mastery with evocation based weapon abilities I have placed on my weapon?

No. Adding Shock through your Arcane Pool is not the same as constructing a Shock weapon.
