No, I am not quiet that cheesy*. They differ in both name and concept from Garden Gnomes. :)

*Although my original concept for the Verids, called "Sproutlings" at the time was that they were basically Sprout from the old Jolly Green Giant commercials. Thankfully Jacob was able to take that seed make it into something much cooler.
