I'm trying to purchase a PDF of an adventure path.
When I get to the section for entering a payment method, the system will not continue. I can enter the credit card number and expiration date. I click to enter an address, but the system will not save the address I enter. Neither of the options at the bottom of the address mini-window function. The only thing that works is the "x" at the top right of the box, which closes the box without saving the information.
Any suggestions?

Customer service is off for the holidays. In the meantime, try entering the payment method separate from the checkout process of you haven't already. Go to your account and click the manage payment method from the right side. There is an option to add a new payment method.
Maybe doing it that will will work out better for you.

I'm sorry to hear that! That section of the website was previously having some trouble with different internet browsers if compatibility mode was turned on. I thought that had been resolved, but it sounds like it may be popping up again.
You'll want to turn compatibility mode off and try again. Or use a different internet browser, if you can't find the option to turn it off in your current browser.
If that doesn't work, you can email us the billing address, and we can save it on our side.
