Wildblooded Sage Sorceror + Eldritch Heritage

Liberty's Edge

Alright so if I have a sage sorceror and I want to take eldritch heritage line because of wanting more bloodline powers. Does Int now fill the pre-requisite Cha level for the eldritch heritage line?

By the rules, no, but some GMs may allow it.

Specifically, "You use your Intelligence, rather than your Charisma, to determine all class features and effects relating to your sorcerer class, such as bonus spells per day, the maximum spell level you can cast, the save DCs of your spells, and the number of daily uses of your bloodline powers."

Meeting feat prerequisites are not "class features or effects relating to your sorcerer class."
