Advice wanted: Character building.

Hello there again!
Long time no see to you all.

Just popping in in hopes of rejoining the community, and would like some advice on building a character.

Namely, a Dragon character. Mildly unusual I know, But I'm rather enamored by the idea of playing a draconic creature, and any advice or critique of the idea is welcomed.

Check out In the Company of Dragons by Rite Publishing, a bit broken, but the best if you want to play a fully fledged dragon.
