Ki Intensifying and Insightful Strike

Rules Questions

So I've been hankering to make an outlandish monk build because I haven't really made a truly odd monk in quite some time. Enter a trait for Idyllkin Aasimar known as the Enlightened Warrior, it allows me to have a NG or TN monk. With this in mind I made a Sensei/ Qinggong/ Drunken Master that at level 6 becomes an Evangelist of his god, Cayden Cailean. Now Evangelist gives me proficiency with rapiers, however Insightful Strike only says I can use Wisdom to hit with unarmed strikes and monk weapons.

Does the language of Ki Intensifying mean I can apply Insightful Strike to my rapier or do I have to ask my GM (don't have a game for this guy yet) if I can get the Guided enchantment? I know it is not a monk weapon and that I wouldn't be able to use certain abilities with it, but the Sensei does not have Flurry of Blows so it is not a huge loss.

Ki intensifying specifically calls out ki strike, quivering palm, and Stunning Fist, so as it's written, it doesn't seem like it'd allow insightful strike. Even if you broaden that to assume the above listed are examples, it states that it allows the use of one's special ki attacks, and insightful strike doesn't use or require ki.

Hm, that is what I thought it would be. Ah well, didn't hurt to ask on the forums. Will have to convince/ ask if I can use Guided on a rapier.
