ARG: Hardy & Poison Resistance traits

I am designing a new race. If I give it Hardy and Poison Resistance do the two traits stack? If not, will Poison Resistance allow for a better poison save at 3rd level and beyond?

I believe racial bonuses are one of the few types that always stack. Go nuts. ^_^
