I've grown frustrated with the time this order is taking to ship. How much longer? This order was placed last Monday 11/28 and it still shows Pending.
I've read that other customers are having similar complaints and customer service reps replied, "Sorry, your order is fine, our warehouse is busy this time of year, we'll ship your order as soon as possible." While this is completely understandable if the order takes a few days to ship, but this has been a week! Every other company I've ordered online from ranging in size from Big Box to Small Gaming companies have not had this kind of delay.
I hope you understand my frustration.

For subscriptions we allow a 2 week shipping window to get all of the orders shipped out. You can find the dates we expect to begin and finish shipping on each months shipping thread. For December we began shipping on November 30 and expect to be done shipping by the end of the day on December 14.
