I'm not a Paizo employee, but as they will most likely have a backlog when they get in, I'll do my best to help in case you look before they get to this post.
Did you finalize your order on the site? Many people did not hit the final 'submit' needed to confirm the order/address was complete and correct.
Other hang ups may include your address not matching your credit card if you bought something else from the store at the same time as the beginner box here. It could also be hanging out in your sidecart (may be the same issue as finalizing I mention above)
I believe all finalized orders for the beginner boxes boxes were shipped July 6th (per This post) so you may want to check to ensure you finalized the order and everything on your account appears correctly.

The issue is the first thing Cpt_kirstov mentioned, your order was never submitted. You can submit it by clicking on My Account and scrolling down until you see the box titles Humble Bundle Redemption on the right hand column near the bottom. Clicking on that will take you to the page where you redeemed the codes. Scroll down past the box with the redeemed codes in it and you will see the Beginner Box and the 3 tabs for shipping, billing, and confirmation. On the confirm tab there will a button that says Submit Order. You just need to push that button (you can still select the other 2 tabs to change any information that may need to be changed).
