Hi Andy,
I'm finding an unsubmitted order from Friday for some subscription and other items, that looks like it was in your shopping cart at one point (were you trying to move it out of the sidecart or combine other items with it?)
I should be able to rescue it from the limbo its currently in - please let me know if you are wanting these items set to ship now or if you want them in your sidecart for your December order.

Thanks for the update. I moved the limbo items to a new order. You should get an order confirmation email soon. Please take a moment to review it so we can make sure these are the right things.
For the other order you placed - if you mean order 4131060 for the sale items - the Pathfinder Advantage discount does not stack with the already discounted prices. The system automatically applies the greater of the two discounts.
If you're asking about a different order - please provide the order number if you can - I'm not seeing anything else pending at the moment.

Hello Andy,
I am not sure what you are asking about. On order 4140145 I have applied the Pathfinder Advantage discount and issued a refund for the difference to your original payment method. That refund will appear on your account as soon as your bank processes it. Is that the balance you are asking about?
