Hello i make my first order (4092299) 31 october and there are issue with payment (not enough money on card) i resolve this 01 november, and my bank reserved 28.96 as payment. Today i charged 28.96 again for the same order, i contact the bank, and they say that both payments are not authorized, because they don't recive "accept" from you shop.
2-nd order - 4131028 i make 14 november, and money still don't charged and now after double payment for the first order, there are not enough money to pay for it.
Why this situation with double payment occur and how it can be resolved ? (can screenshot all transactions, but they be in russian, hope u can check it from you side)

The first attempt was a temporary authorization that should expire from your account if we can't finalize it before it expires. You may want to read over how payments and authorizations work in our FAQ: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0t
Please note that it seems like international banks hold on to authorizations longer. The charge will be finalized on our side when an order is processed for shipping, and anything else will expire.
It looks like the warehouse should be getting to the first order soon.
Let us know when you see the other open authorizations expire and we can try the 2nd order again.

Thx for fast responce, bank said something about 30 days before returning of first payment, anyway 30 november i can pay for second order even if money don't return, it's it ok with first order ? the status is "Payment authorization" don't want to be charged 3-d time.
Now both payments return to me... And i have money for both orders, I still wish to pay you for my orders and i used this visa card for other orders before and there no problems... I beging thinking that is some kind of bank magic here
