with the feat "master craftsman", the character can create create magic items .

My question is about an antimagic effect.

Does the antimagic effect apply on a magic item created with the item ?

Yes. Because it's just a magic item. It doesn't matter who made it or how, a +1 sword is a +1 sword. Period.
