Sharding weapon ability and shield champion brawler

Rules Questions

So, i have been playing this brawler for a bit now. I am very fond of throwing my shield. That is where the gm loves me now. A group of mercenaries or some cult don't like the party And attack us on a regular basis, some have taken to catching my shield with readied actions. I want to put sharding on my shield so i don't have to really throw it, but achieve the same results.

I can't link/put in the sharding info right now.

Would my sharded shield projectile continue to ricochet after hitting the first target of my flurry, or would it vanish.

If you have a sharding weapon, ricochets become redundant since you could just flurry the conjured throws.

Point taken. But what if someone was around cover and the fact that the shield ricochets negates that cover.

I'd say that takes precedence over the brawler's ricochet ability. But you can keep throwing new shards for every attack in the flurry, so it shouldn't be much of a loss in most situations.

P.S. Since when does PF have a mechanic for catching weapons thrown at you? Do these guys have some kind of special ability?

I find it hard to post spoilers and links from ither pages on moblie. But when a brawler uses the returning shield class ability, it says that opponents can ready an action to catch the shield. It will still do its full attack. It just will not return back to me. That is how the gm and i worked that on out.

I use the ricochets to negate cover, can't do that if there are no ricochets.

I'm okay if it doesn't bounce but i would have liked to option. This tooic is already messed up an in two placrds

Oh, ok, I skimmed the shield champion ability and overlooked that clause. All's well then.
