Um...what happened? I have combined shipping / side cart...but it's not being used...again.

I added the comic book to my subscription with shipping set as adding to sidecart.

The order was taken exactly as I requested...and then it was canceled and shipped separately. Your agent did refund it and assured it would be looked into. Okay not ecstatic I had to catch the mistake...but okay. As long as it was fixed going forward.

Well fast forward one month. Unfortunately instead of being shipped with the sidecart as per my order and per your assurance it is being shipped separately again. So it wasn't fixed after all. Not only that...but it appear that the 'fix' may have removed the subscription from the subscription view in My Accounts.

$8 ($7.73) for a 3.99 comic book. Hoping that this time we may have a fix? As this mistake has been repeated I am understandably concerned that I had to catch it a second time.

P.S. I understood that having monthly and combined for all my orders is what utilizes the side cart. If this is not the case please make any needed adjustments so all my orders are combined as much as possible. TY.

I'm sorry for any confusion with this. It should have been fine. Unfortunately, it looks like some people were processed while a flag was incorrectly set to "this is the last subscription of the month." We are reviewing those accounts to look for people that had "Hold for Monthly Shipment" set, canceling any authorizations and placing the comics in the sidecart. We are sorry for the error! It's being fixed.
