NPC Wealth Beyond 20th?

Anyone know the formula for adding gear to any NPC after 20th level? I have 30 HD enemy (24 from class levels) and need to equip him as 28th level NPC, but it only goes up to 20th.

Looks to me like the existing table just multiplies the total wealth by 1.30 each level (then rounds down to a convenient number), so just do that 8 more times. Weapons look like 1/3 total wealth. Haven't checked the other columns but they're probably similar; total wealth is the important one anyway.
