Is this the Wave 27 reprint?

So I very much want to get the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-E Expansion Pack (REPRINT) from WizKids...

I see Paizo has this listed...

...but I can't tell if it's the old one or the new one. I'd very much like to preorder the new one. If this is the new one is it unavailable because it's sold out or what?

(The reason I want the Wave 27 reprint is because it comes with the online code for Star Trek Online.)
