The Warpriest technically does not get to choose "domains", as the Cleric does. Instead, they choose "Blessings". The Blessings have the same names as the domains, but are not domains and consequently do not provide any domain powers or domain spells. Your deity choice determines your Blessing options, which must be the same as the domains your deity offers.
I can see where the confusion is with the requirements, but blessings do not equal domains.
