Rondelero Flexibility (Ex): At 6th level, as a full-attack action, a rondelero swashbuckler wielding a falcata in one hand and a buckler in the other can alternate between using his falcata and his buckler for each attack. This does not grant additional attacks or incur penalties as twoweapon fighting does, and does not cause her to lose his Armor Class bonus from her buckler.
So according to this, as a full-round action, if I have 3 attacks which are +6
+1 +1 with two of them made by falcata and one extra attack by buckler, can I
ALTER any of the attacks made by falcata to buckler or vice versa?
e.g All +6 +1 +1 with falcata or buckler/+6 +1 with buckler and +1 with falcata

This doesn't actually do anything. You could bash with a buckler at 2nd level, and you can already alternate between any available weapon during a full attack, as long as you are not gaining an extra attack via two weapon fighting.
Then can I make 4 attacks with a falcata even twf only give me an attack made by buckler?

No. this specifically doesn't give you any extra attacks. If your BAB is +6 this will let you make a falcata +6 / bash +1, or bash +6 / falcata + 1, or bash +6/+1, or falcata +6/+1.
It's it's own full round action, not a full attack, so you cannot combine it with two weapon fighting.
The only thing it really does is give you the effects of improved shield bash.

I think it says that it is a full attack...so O can combine it with twf
