Can humans or other pc races mix with the various dark folk? And what would be the result of such a pairing if possible?

No existing lore on this.
Some of the older Golarion source books suggested that the Dark Folk were of Azlanti descent and thus we might expect them to be able to mix with humans (and other races humans can mix with).
Conversely, the Owb have clearly made significant changes to the race, which might prevent interbreeding... even if we assume that the old v3.5 information about the Dark Folk being Azlanti descendants is still valid.
