My group is planning to run the Dragon's Demand module, but might want to continue playing afterwards. What would be a good module to continue with?
If you're gonna run modules, just one/two shot that one and then start a normal campaign.
It's a module where you get items that makes no sense for the level, you level up way too fast imo.A classic one is Rise of the Runelords. If it's your first time playing RPG or PF Dragons Demand is a good way to start or try some classes, but then I'd recommend going to back to level 1 and do RotL.

The end of Dragons Demand puts the player characters way above wealth. I would recommend the same starting over.
What's best depends on the group and what kind of adventure they like. I like the city intrigue so even with its flaws I loved playing though Council of Thieves. I have not played though Hells Rebels. From the looks of it however. Very similar to Council of Thieves. Just for a challenge I can recommend Giant Slayer. From my play exp with it. Giant Slayer provides some of the toughest combat for an AP. I don't recommend king maker unless you plan on doing a lot of GM record keeping. The down side of RotL is you need a very diverse party at higher level play to succeed. This is true with most AP to some extent.
Currently I'm playing in Skull and Shackles. Not my first choice but that's what the group wanted to play. It's much better then I though it would be. I have a feeling it's more about me getting in character then any thing about the AP.
I'm running a very old AP Age of Worms. Unless you want to do a lot of conversions from 3.5 don't. However if you want to kill your player early on, and punish them for not making a well balanced party. This AP will do it. The pure brutality to the players is easy to see. The obituary thread is up to over 1200 reported deaths. Many of them are TPK.

You end up at level 7.
Make sure they spend most of their gold on a castle or something roleplayyie, instead of equipment. (So they're back to WBL.)
Good modules after around that level are:
6th From Shore to Sea
6th-9th The House on Hook Street (Occult)
7th Realm of the Fellknight Queen (Superstar 2009)
8th Cult of the Ebon Destroyers (Superstar 2010)
9th The Harrowing
9th Doom Comes to Dustpawn (2012 Superstar)
