Paizo Order # 4049434 & Paizo Order # 4110864

Hi not sure what happened here.

I added the comic book subscription and asked it be added to my sidecart as I already have several others. It was and it was processed as order # 4049434.

Great this was exactly what I ordered.

Well...something happened.
I noticed that after my initial order was accepted it was removed from the sidecart and shipped separately. This became order 4110864.

As much as I want to support you guys...paying $8 ($7.73) for a 3.99 comic book is a wee bit steep. And kind of renders the 27 penny discount moot if there's a 100% price increase right after. :)

Is there a reason why sidecart orders are not applied when selected?

Going forward I would really prefer that orders be bundled together. I don't mind waiting a few extra days or couple of weeks. Between the AP and the ACG subscriptions I see that I am due shipments every month through January already and it's almost November. Not to mention the comic book is probably safer when shipped with an AP or ACG box to cushion it. :)

Please explain what I missed here.

The comic went into your sidecart, but then was moved out into a new order to ship out right away. You were sent an email confirmation when that happened. I have asked the tech team to investigate exactly why that happened. Your subscription is currently set to hold for the monthly order.

I have gone ahead and issued a refund for the shipping to your original payment method. You should see it on your account as soon as your bank processes it.
