As I continue with my month of Halloween themed articles we take a look at witches. The witch as monster, the witch class, and witch as a character. We explore the difference between the three and how they relate to the archetypal Halloween witch. Although my looks is through the lens of the Pathfinder system, I am sure there are many other ways to look at witches.
Of course since my opinions aren’t the only ones out there. How have you used witches in your games? Pathfinder and D&D have certain expectations of witches but what about other games or homebrew for the afore mentioned? Do you use witches as a stereotype? Tell us about your experiences?
