Which Aura does my cleric have?

Regarding the aura ability of clerics:

I have a level 4 CG cleric of Gorum (who is CN). So what type of aura does she have? Can you actually have a CN aura, or is it just Chaotic?

Also, does this mean an evil cleric of a neutral deity would not show up with Detect Evil?

Yupp.
Your CG cleric would detect as chaotic if looked/checked for and an evil cleric would detect as evil.

Animals, traps, poisons, and other potential perils are not evil, and as such this spell does not detect them. Creatures with actively evil intents count as evil creatures for the purpose of this spell.

Since you currently have 4 HD, you don't detect as good. At 5th level you'll be detected with a faint good aura. But your chaotic aura will increase to strong at 5th level.

By the table for Detect Evil you are detected as moderately good as a 4th level cleric (4th line in the table) and start to detect as strong at 5th level.
Since Detect Good does not check your other component, but only for morals, that is irrelevant for this spell/ability.

The spell See Alignment does not care if you are a cleric or have an aura. It just marks everyone of the chosen alignment for the caster.

The table (at least in the PRD) references the deity's alignment, though. So for Good the cleric is only an aligned creature and therefore doesn't project a good aura yet.

You are right. I was thinking that the cleric's alignment is the thing, but it does mean the deity's.
