I've trouble calculating a CR of an encounter and see if it is balanced :
The party :
All 9 character levels
An bomber alchemist, a halfling archer paladin, a TH fighter, a Unchained Rogue, a Figther Mage.
Facing the opposition :
A 9 level Cleric immune to critical hits and Sneak attacks
A Clay Golem with enhanced HP (160 - 170)
6 * 9th Level Clerics
6 * 3th level Thugs / 3 level Clerics.
We face them, manage to kill them all, earn 5700 Xp each and a truckload of +1 items.
I have a doubt concerning the rewards we have after this encounter due to CR calculation.
If someone can give me the total CR of this encounter..

Let's see. Taken individually, the golem is CR 10 and the level-9 clerics are each CR 9. If they were all identical, that bring the CR between 14 and 15 (6 identical creatures are CR +5 and 8 are CR +6). Since the golem is higher CR and there are minions, I'd say the whole encounter is CR 15 (unless there are circumstances that helped your party), while your APL is 9.

Your party should be able to take on a CR 14 encounter at the most, but that could vary.
The 6 9th level clerics are individually CR 8's. Together they are a CR 13 encounter, but they are also all casters, and not all CR's are equal Depending on how you use them that could be a problem all by itself.
CR 13 = 25,600 xp
The 6 cleric/thugs come out at CR 10 9,600
The clay golem is also a CR 10 9,600
The immune 9th level cleric is still a CR 8 4800
All together that is 49600 XP, and that is one method to determine XP.
A CR 15 encounter is 51,200
In this case you may as well just say it is a CR 15. Due to the number of enemies it could be tougher. I would scale this down unless you have a very powerful party.
