variable "count" for posts seems to increase faster than it should

My Account page, Messagebeard Settings box, "Posts: You have posted " <count> " messages."
also pops up in several other areas.

the count seems to be ever increasing, even when I don't post messages.

scope = all users
impact = nuisance

Hey Azothath,

I'm aware that post counts appear on both your My Account page and Profile page (clicking your bold name at the top of the paizo.com page) and that these numbers often differ slightly depending on where posts are made, were there additional locations you're seeing post count totals beyond those two spots?
