Dear customet service

i just realized that you havent send me my tales subscription items ( i think not even charged me) what happened? Did i choose something wrong?

More important: can you Fix it and send me everithing I’m missing?

Hello Wagram,

I took a look at your subscription, and our records indicate that you have been sent every volume that has been released in the subscription.

Currently this line is on a long hiatus, with no set date on when new volumes will be released again. The last volume in this subscription came out in April 2017 (so the sub's records indicate), and there has not been a new volume to send you since then.

If there are any specific volumes you notice you are missing prior to the Gears of Faith title, please let us know. Thank you!
