I was double charged for my order of PDF's and I would like the money put back into my account ASAP. it does not show in your system that I was but according to my bank you charged me twice and they are showing it as a transaction. I would like this resolved immediately, Sent an Email Wed afternoon and have not heard anything back.
120$ is a large sum of money to simply go without.
it was made on tuesday 9/27/16
Thank you,
Stephen Gustafson

Hi Stephen,
I'm sorry to see that we missed your email. I did some digging, and it looks like that got caught in our spam filter for some reason.
For your first attempt, your card was originally declined by our credit card processing system because it did not pass the address verification check. This means that there is something different between the billing address that is listed for your card on our site compared to what your bank has on file for you, so our card processor is declining it for security reasons. While your bank may be willing to open the transaction attempt as a pending authorization, we will not be able to finalize any charges through that. This is just temporary authorizations that will expire from your account. More details about our billing process can be found here: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0t
Under most circumstances, your bank probably should have released the hold on the those fund by now. Just in case they have not, I have submitted an authorization reversal request for the first attempt. This should notify your bank that we will not be finalizing any charges through those and they can release any holds they may have on the funds. In most cases, those should be reversed in about 1 business day, but it may take 1 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
It looks like it went trough fine after you updated the card information.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.
Thanks!
