It's the Set of 7 Dice: Gemini 2 Purple Steel/White that are holding this one up. Those have an estimated product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 4 to 18 business days. If items have a longer time frame like that, it generally means that we'll need to get them in from a supplier before we can ship them. More details about product availability can be found here:

The Lustrous Bronze/White white set would also need to be ordered from a supplier. (The Purple Steel/White set has already been ordered).

I already sent an email to PaizoCustomerService(Diego) about an addition and swapping on the order, but just in case the email went supernova because my internet connection was bad when I sent the email, I'll just post the email here too:
I also like the chessex set of 7 Dice: Translucent—Purple/White. If possible I would like to put the Gemini Purple Steel/White dice on a separate order that can be shipped separately whenever it's ready, and thus swapping the Gemini Purple Steel/White dice with 1 Set of chessex set of 7 Dice: Translucent—Purple/White on Order 4073517; provided that the Translucent Purple/White dice can be shipped soon or in a shorter time span than the Gemini Purple Steel/White dice.

Yep, already got and saw the email confirmations.
I saw on my order status page that the payment using my brother's Visa card was declined ($32.50) so I have changed the payment method using my Master card.
