I just added enough store credit to my pending order but the system still tries to use my debit card, despite the fact that there are now ample funds on the account to cover the cost of the current shipment.

Edit.I would like to for my order to use store credit, and ship as soon as possible. I apologize for this frequent Problem.

Thanks for letting us know bout this! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that the store credit portion was just being stubborn. I've now adjusted the order so that the whole total should be covered by store credit. I'll be sending you an updated confirmation email in just a moment.

I did notice, however, that there are two items that looks like they were moved out of the sidecart before they were ready. It looks like Warhammer Fantasy Role-play: Celestial Order Magic and the PFS Faction Pin: Silver Crusade are both waiting for us to receive more stock. Would you like me to move them back to the sidecart so that the rest of the items can get going? Or would you prefer to leave the order as-is to wait for them to come in? Just let me know and I'll be glad to get that taken care of.

Please don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else I can help with in the meantime.

I have moved the item holding up the order to your sidecart so everything else can ship. I noticed a couple of items that were in your sidecart were ready to go now so I moved them into the order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting those changes. Please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made. I will have the warehouse get the order going as soon as possible.

Hi Diego,

I have plenty of store credit on my account, but have received an email that the transaction was declined because of insufficient funds.

My credit card is mostly used for paizo orders, and to reduce the individual charges I try to buy store credit, but it doesn't seem to work.

It looks like your order was only using some of your store credit. I have adjusted it to use enough to cover the full order. It should be ok now (though sometimes our system can be a little combative when we change the amount of store credit, if they warehouse has an issue they will be letting me know so I can make sure it gets fixed).

Hi Diego, now the store credit that is supposed to be used is equal to the Order Total, but the system is still trying to charge my transaction method.

And the email began with: "Dear Sebastian,

We are eager to ship your products, but we need your help. We do not have a payment method on file for this order. Please take a moment to add a payment method to this order at your My Payment Methods page.

Thank you for letting me know. It looks like the order is being stubborn. Even though the full amount of store credit had been applied it is still trying to use the original amount. I have moved the items to a new order and applied the store credit. You will be receiving an email confirmation for the new order. I am going to ask the warehouse to give it another try right away.

There just happens to be a 5XL shirt waiting for my next subscription, could you please remove that, the one shirt I ordered has arrived already.
