I feel this question must have been asked already, but a cursory glance into the Rules Board didn't help, and I don't have a lot of time to search more thoroughly.
A fey creature gains a +4 bonus on saves against mind-affecting effects, resist cold and electricity 10, and DR 5/cold iron (if 11 HD or less) or DR 10/cold iron (if 12 HD or more).
A nightmare creature gains DR 5/good or silver and the following defensive abilities.
Let's assume the creature with both these templates has 11 or less HD, granting it DR 5/cold iron from it's Fey Creature template, and DR 5/good or silver from the other template. Does it now have [DR 5/cold iron or good or silver]? Or does it have [DR 5/cold iron and good or cold iron and silver]?
Say another creature hits it with a cold iron weapon. That bypasses its DR from the Fey Creature Template, but it still has a separate source of DR with different requirements. Or are these sources melded into one after being applied from their individual templates, as they're now simply part of the same creature?

And if the creature has 12 HD or more, what happens?
It takes the best DR available under the circumstances.
Against a normal or non cold iron weapon, that's DR 10.
Against a cold iron weapon that's not also silver, that's DR 5.
Against a cold iron weapon that's not also good, that's DR 5
Against a cold iron weapon that is also good and also silver, that's DR 0.

OQ,
The nightmare DR is Silver OR Good, not Silver AND Good.
So:
Against a normal or non cold iron weapon, that's DR 10.Against a cold Iron weapon that is Neither Silver Nor Good DR 5
Against a cold iron weapon that is Either Silver Or Good DR 0
My apologies, you are correct -- I misread.

Ah yes, I had forgotten about that! It seems weapon blanches will let weapons count as multiple materials too (at least for a single attack).
Enhancement bonuses don't really require the expanded write out, but the possibility of weapon blanch use will.
