Crimson Throne Limited / Deluxe Pre-Order

I asked this in the Crimson Throne product thread and was asked to pose the question here:

I was wondering how easy it would be to switch my order from the standard hard cover to the limited edition that's allegedly coming out? I'd prefer the limited/deluxe edition, but if it's out of my price range I'd like to have a pre-order on this down so I can get the PDFs. I haven't ordered it yet but I'd like to soon.
