Yup. EXACTLY what the title says. I know about the Forgemasters' hammer granting the Craft Magical Arms and Armor feat. And I know about Ioun Stones being able to grant Brew Potions as a Resonant perk in a Wayfinder.
Anyone know of anything else? Preferably something that allows use of a Craft skill to do it, but using Spellcraft is acceptable. Third party is fine, even 3.5 and splat data.
