I have a question about the hierophant's mythic ability "enduring blessing": can we apply it on a spell cast as a SLA from the spellcasting ability of a legendary item ?

No. It's only for spells - not spell like abilities. It is worth picking up a copy of the pdf for Mythic Solutions which offers suggestions to most of the situations that cause problems when running Mythic Adventures.
