Creating a Fext

So I looked at the Fext entry and thought it was pretty cool, sort of the martial equivalent to a lich. Then my brain went to work and I was wondering how would I turn one of my recurring baddies into one of these? I haven't been able to find an answer so I was was wondering if the community could help. Thanks in advance

Just as a basic summary so everyone is on the same page: Fext is a type of undead that looks like a relatively normal (if pale) human... but it has DR/Glass and (basically) Regeneration/glass. Obsidian also works for both.

Yeah, it is made to be tough to kill if you don't use its specific weakness. Born from a weird slavic legend used to explain away generals that were just too tough to kill. There is other stuff like drain energy and some SLAs... but it is mostly notable for being hard to kill without its weird weakness.
