Unchained Summoner and Summoner Archetypes

Rules Questions

Does the Unchained Summoner have access to the Summoner Archetypes?

Grand Lodge

To quote Pathfinder Unchained:

"Finally, with the exception of the monk, these classes should work with any of the archetypes from previous books as long as the classes still have the appropriate class features to replace."

So the answer is, potentially, though some may not be compatible with the eidolon changes. (The Summoner sections comments that most of the features are the same.)

I think PFS has their own house rules against this, but I'm not sure.

PFS considers anything that alters the eidolon class feature to be incompatible with the Unchained Summoner.

In a home game, the main issues would be with archetypes that use different base forms, as they cannot be given Unchained subtypes.
