Are corruption manifestations (Horror Adventures) considered to be Supernatural Abilities, Extraordinary Abilities, or what?

I can't find a straight answer either. I'd assume it's a big mix (some are simply alterations of your body while some seem to be an ability of supernatural taint). Some of them are specifically noted to be Spell-like abilities.
